- Points are earned on eligible salon services and retail purchases. Not inc. GST
- Points are not earned on:
  - Gift card purchases
  - Cancelled or no-show appointments
- Bonus points (e.g., referrals, reviews) are applied at the salon’s discretion.
- Points are automatically tracked in our system — no physical card is needed.
✨ Using Points
- Points can be redeemed for selected rewards only, as listed in the current reward menu.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to others, or used to purchase gift cards.
- Partial redemptions are not available — full point amounts must be met to claim a reward.
- Redemption of points must be requested before payment is completed at checkout.
✨ Program Policies
- Points do not expire as long as the salon continues to operate under Platinum Styles & Co.
- Loyalty rewards are subject to availability and may change at any time.
- The salon reserves the right to:
  - Update the rewards menu
  - Change earning/redemption rules
  - Modify or discontinue the program without prior notice
- Misuse of the program or fraudulent activity may result in loss of points or removal from the program.
